Chaotic Whale Crow Optimization Algorithm for Secure Routing in the IoT Environment

This paper solves the internet of things (IoT) security issues by introducing a chaotic whale crow (CWC) optimization, which is integration optimization algorithm (CWOA) in search (CSA). The framework operates on two crucial aspects: one to select secure nodes, and other implement routing using selected trusted nodes. First, selection nodes performed based trust factors like direct, indirect, forwarding rate, integrity, availability factors. Then, are adapted for trust-based routing, optimally proposed CWC, fitness parameters energy. Finally, CWC evaluated, revealed high performance with minimal delay 191.46ms, shows 14.87%, 7.35%, 6.82%, 4.19%, 5.74% improved compared existing LaSeR, PM Ipv6, secTrust-RPL RISA, LSDAR techniques. Similarly, method obtained maximal energy 71.25J throughput 129.77kbps.
